  Service is consistently the best I have experienced anywhere, ever. The serving staff is very attentive and knowledgeable, and if there is even the slightest issue with your food they will make it up to you! I have been to a few shows also, and they have been great. I really appreciated the lack of cigarette smoke in the event area.

  Average casino. The staff are friendly. Lots of cleaning crew makes the place nice and clean including the restrooms. Nice selection of games. Great food and drinks at the Nibi lounge.

  I am not a big casino person/gambler, but I meet up with family here from time to time. The buffet is awesome with a HUGE selection and the casino is clean and not too smoky. There are smoke-free areas, but unless someone is next to you smoking it's not bad in the smoking areas either. Staff is super nice too.

  It's closer and cleaner than Detroit and the buffets are great. Other than that the machines are as tight as can be. You might hit for $50-$100 once in a while but don't hold your breath. I always have to insert my players club card at least twice because it always reads "invalid card" the 1st time. It has told me that my card is in use at another machine and has also locked me out saying my pin was wrong when I'm certain it was entered correctly. I don't get the events book with the coupons in the mail anymore but my wife still does which is weird because nothing's changed. I really don't want to drive to Detroit but it might be time for a change.
